Delivery & Shipment Policy

Because of multiple variables we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times. Delivery times are generalized to morning and afternoon deliveries. However, we do try our best to deliver within the time frame stated in the special instructions box. Feel free to contact the store and speak with one of our team members regarding special delivery instructions.

In cases where the recipient is not available at the time of delivery at a workplace, the delivery driver may leave the gift at the office.

In cases where the Recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will contact you by phone unless special instructions were provided on your order form. If we are unable to reach you, the Recipient may be contacted unless special instructions were provided.

While we do our best to reach you, there may be an occasion where we will bring the gift back to the store and arrange a future delivery date.

Please note that a Customer will assume all liability for requests to leave arrangements outdoors, like a doorstep, porch, yard etc. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty products due to this special request.

Floral Return / Refund policy

All Floral Sales are Final. As Flowers are a perishable item, returns are only accepted if flowers were damaged during delivery, or a defective product was received. Any other issue must be indicated to us within 24 hours of delivery. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to If the issue cannot be resolved, an in-store credit may be available. Please note that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required. Please see our care instructions.

Substitution Policy:

It is important to note that all arrangements are handmade. Color variations and size of flowers can vary as Mother Nature sees fit. Size, quantity of flowers and colour variations may vary from images displayed on our site. Some flowers are seasonal and not readily available year round. There are also times when flower shortages arise and substitutions to flower type and/or color must be made. Substitutions may also occur with vases and vase colours (as needed). We will do our best to contact you in advance of order delivery (or in store pickup date) to advise of any necessary changes or substitutions. We always try to maintain the same look and feel of the arrangement or items you have selected. Substitutions will be made with items of equal or greater value.

Fresh Flower Care:

We love helping you gift and receive flowers and want to help you enjoy your flowers for as long as possible.
Kindly note that in order to increase the life of your flowers, you should do the following:

  • - Ensure the water remains clear, as flowers need to “drink” clean water.
  • - Check that the arrangement has clean water in the vase (or container) at all times.
  • - Try to keep arrangement in a cool area and away from sunlight.
  • - Refrain from touching flowers (as much as possible) as oils from your hands can damage flowers.
